El Sistema Colorado

El Sistema Colorado exists entirely to eliminate barriers to accessing one of life's most joyful activities - making music with and for others. El Sistema Colorado harnesses the joy of music and ignites the potential in our future leaders through a free after school string music education program that transcends socioeconomic barriers. We serve students from early childhood through high school offering free programming, free instruments, and many free private lessons for our youth.

Bringing Music to Life

Bringing Music to Life is a wonderful organization that collects instruments from the community, repairs them, and distributes them free of charge to schools and access organizations throughout the state. Luther Strings is proud to be a drop-off location for Bringing Music to Life. Drop off your unwanted instruments at the shop and Luther Strings will make sure they get repaired and sent to students who need them!

Denver Young Artists Orchestra

Established in 1977, the Denver Young Artists Orchestra strives to provide the finest possible youth orchestra programs. Our mission is to inspire and educate young musicians through the performance of great works of music, and to offer valuable cultural opportunities to our community.

Bravo! Vail Music Makers

Formerly known as Bravo! Vail After-School Piano & Violin Programs, Music Makers Haciendo Música, opens possibilities for the future of the instruction program by allowing for growth to new instruments and creating an easy integration into the summer Festival. Its translation in Spanish, “Haciendo Música,” reflects and is inclusive of the vibrant Latinx population in the Vail Valley community, and at its core it encapsulates everything the program aspires for young musicians to feel: I am a music maker.

Samuel Vargas International Music Foundation

The Samuel Vargas International Music Foundation, is an organization which enriches communities and society through the power of classical music, emphasizing a holistic approach to music education supporting students in all areas of studies and well-being. Through his passionate work and entrepreneurship, Founder and President Samuel Vargas has founded 8 active Venezuelan chamber orchestras and currently mentors young musicians all across the US and South America.
